Terrible customer service. The pharmacist and the staff did nothing to help find a lost script only to find out it was sent to their compounding department, which is literally attached to their building, the whole time. They wanted us to drive back to the hospital to get a paper copy and drive back as opposed too them picking up the phone and calling to resolve the issue.  Don't go here.

TERRIBLE!! DO NOT GO HERE! This was not just one time I had a problem, it was EVERY time! Prescriptions should not take more than 3 days to be refilled, ESPECIALLY when I specifically asked them to put a rush on it because I run out of my medication in 3 days. Instead of doing what I asked, they proceeded to tell me that they had other people ahead of me. Really? Because now I will be suffering from serious health problems because I have to go a day without my medication (they KNEW this). I finally wised up and will be taking my business elsewhere!
