Took my money telling me my insurance wouldn’t cover a medicine that they had to bill under medical for... did this for 3 months... medicine was 4,000$ a month come to find out my insurance was covering the medicine all along but they wanted to wait until they got the third months payment from insurance before reminbursing me! Im doing something about it though! Haven’t heard about the other two months that they charged me out of pocket fees for. If it’s covered by insurance you don’t wait to get paid by insurance to give people their money back.. you wait for insurance to pay you because it’s process!
