Worst service ever!! They have NO follow up or communication system so they don't care if people go without prescriptions...it should NOT take 5 days to refill a prescription. 3 times in 2 months we have gone without medication because they can't properly follow up or communicate!

I have gone here for a few years and I have been pleased overall. With that said, I recently tried to purchase insulin syringes for a medication I take and the pharmacist on duty told me it was against the law to sell syringes without a prescription. This was a blatant lie. There is no such law in Nebraska. When I called her on this lie, she doubled down on it and told me it was a "gray area". Pharmacists are allowed to use their discretion on whether or not to sell items like syringes to people, which is totally understandable. It's not appropriate to lie to customers, especially ones that have consistently frequented the business over a few years.

The bad experience isn't because she wouldn't sell me insulin syringes - it's because the pharmacist lied to my face and tried to pawn it off as a "gray area". It's not gray. There is no law that prevents the sale of syringes in Nebraska. She used her discretion to deny a loyal customer of three years - and lied about the reasoning she used to deny the purchase. 

All she had to say was, "As a pharmacist, I never allow people to purchase syringes unless they have a standing prescription for medication that requires the syringes. I need to verify with your doctor there is a valid prescription before I sell the syringes to you." 

This is a reasonable expectation. 

NEVER LIE TO CUSTOMERS. IT'S SO SIMPLE IT'S FREAKY.

The Pharmacy Manager and I talked after the event. She made it seem as though the issue would be addressed internally. I wouldn't necessarily recommend U-Save at this point, but my overall experience with them over the last three years has been average to above average. Too bad this incident will have a dramatic effect on how I view the business moving forward.

Very friendly and knowledgeable.  Can get any med in within a couple days if they don't have it, even really unusual ones.
