I appreciated the staff's helpfulness and friendly demeanor when I was there to select and purchase a cane.   Their selection was impressive. I'll definitely think of Kohll's first if someone asks me for a recommendation.

I was impressed by the level of customer service offered at this store. I went in for a pair of compression stockings and the clerk actually measured my leg with a tape measure to make sure I bought the right size.

I've been a regular,  monthly customer of Kohll's pharmacy for roughly 30 years.  My first & last experience at this location was horrible. Staff is not friendly, nor do they try to please the customer.  The ''manager'' (Alisha) walked away mid convo when I was trying to understand their ''rules'' for rentals. As it seems to be completely different from west gate,  an old location. Very frustrating,  to go somewhere and be turned down during business hours, when the ''issue'' would have been handled properly else where.  Guess being friendly only matters when you are a regular at said location.
