The Kool Smiles office in Gretna, La. was so helpful and attentive. Maurice and the rest of the staff really gave me a positive experience and was so nice to me.

i made and appointment for my granddaughter last week to get ber bracket fixed i talked to the call center go get the appointment i asked her for a specific office to make sure i get the right office and the lady confirmed that it was the right office and when i got outta my bed on the day after easter to go to an appointment that was made but for another office someone needs to talk to them about the service and how to make correct appointments because i am very upset

I really like this place. This was my 3rd time here. The Dr. seem very knowledgeable, friendly and loved how he interact with my son. Made me feel like I would love to go back if needed. My son was calm and patient throughout his procedure. That gave me a great feeling.
