This was our first visit.  They try to charge for unnecessary work. They also make you feel like they know best and why would you question them. They tried to do 2 different filings on my child without asking, we had a treatment plan they were not following. No one should start work on a child/teenager without Always  thoroughly explaining to the parent that is 'paying.' Luckily, I asked her to explain everything to me before they started and realized what they were gonna do, which isn't what was planned. I changed dentists. They also real quick to do root canals, got a second opinion that said it wasn't needed.

Every time I come here its always a great experience. The staff are very friendly and its always very clean. I get my teeth cleaned twice a year and I also got my braces done here. They're also very affordable!

I would not recommend the Harvey office to anyone. They are good about taking you as a walk-in or in an emergency and they do accept Medicaid, but be careful if you use their services, especially if you need an extraction. 

I went to have two front teeth pulled and they pulled the wrong tooth! So I had to go back and have the correct one extracted. 
 
My boyfriend went to have two back pulled and they left pieces of tooth in his gums which are still bothering him. He went back but there's still tooth bits painfully trying to work their way out through his gums. 

Their office staff are rude and incompetent. Their scheduling is horrible.They sent me an appointment reminder card for my grandsons visit and the date was written over so I couldn't make out the date but it didn't match the date I had put on my calendar. I called to confirm and was told the correct date and time, which did match my calendar. Then when we show up for the appointment I was told my appointment was for a totally different day on the following month! 

I'm filing a complaint with the dental board and my insurance company and I'm definitely finding another dental office for my family.

friendly staff, never have to wait long to get my Braces tighten. Great with my kids Dentist is full of life and fun!!!

I walked in on a Saturday at 11 AM with a very nasty toothache. Was told they could not take walkins past 11 because they could not run insurance. But they went to the back and there was a dentist willing to take me. They are also able to run my insurance. Super helpful, understanding and compassionate. And I did not not have to wait. I was in and out in a hour. Thank you so much for making me feel better.
