This is an amazing cafe, and really just soothing. It's a kind of hip/retro/alternative. The music is calming and the environment and the energy is just very peaceful and puts you in a sense of ease. The coffee here is amazing 💕😍. The food is good, a little tip is don't get the broccoli soup 😂. The turkey pesto is a flavorful sandwich that I encourage you guys to try, I assure you it will not disappoint. Enjoy!!! 😘

This coffee shop is really cool and definitely had lasted longer than I thought it would. They roast the coffee on site And make the breakfast foods there as well. The coffee is well made and tastes great. The staff is hit or miss (thus the 4/5) and sometimes can be amazing and other times can be snobby, hipster kids. This is a great place to come to get a delicious cup of coffee or latte and sit and read a good book or study for a few hours. I would recommend it for it's atmosphere and ambiance if not for the staff.

Good espresso drinks for sure. Good lunch food too. Great decor. Funny that it's called after a hip neighborhood in Berlin while Berlin is not such a great place for coffee.

They toast their coffee beans in house. The atmosphere is somewhat of a deluge of college archetypes. Very warm, very welcoming. Food is amazingly sweet and savory. Baked type goods not meals. Unless you have the munchies, after all it is San Luis Obispo

We've eaten here before, and while the service is never spectacular, it's not usually as bad as it was this last trip.  
This place is about 4 hours from home, but close to an office I visit about once per year. 
The employees acted as if we were a huge inconvenience. And as if we should know the answers to our questions before asking. Maybe they mistook us for regulars? 
The last straw was when I asked for a box and the guy we flagged down for help sighed and pointed over to a counter where they apparently keep boxes for customers to grab at their convenience. I'm not sure how I should have known they were there, or that it was ok to walk up and grab their supplies. 
On a good note, the fried artichoke is absolutely delicious, I highly recommend it!
