Went there today and everyone was so nice! Fairly cheap for the quality as well. Got two pretty decent sized bones and two pretty big cookies with icing on them and everything and only paid 14$. Front desk lady was super nice (:

Arba was completely unprofessional. All because she didn’t like the way my mother said something to her. She snapped on my mother  and ruined a $50.00 sale. Which is gonna be spent at target. Just because your upset on the way a customer says something to you doesn’t mean you should tell that customer how you feel. This place is over priced to begin with and I only shopped here because my mom wanted to. But now never again.

My boy, Trig, had the best grooming ever. I believe his groomer was Trina or maybe Katrina. She really did a terrific job.  This was done at the Colorado Mills location.
Miss Deborah recognizes all her furry customers by name.  She does on each one as if her own.  The coolest thing we do not even need to be at her store, doggie events and other Kriser's we get the same love from her.

I asked a simple question about a product they didn’t carry and the sales girl was so rude that we left our purchase and walked out. Who needs a rude shop girl who can’t answer a simple question about product without making it personal. I will not return to this business.

Fantastic store.  The staff especially their manager, Deborah, is extremely knowledgeable about pet nutrition.  They have helped us become informed about our 3 dogs' diet and what they need to be healthy.  They care about each customer who comes in. The groomers are caring and treat each pet as their own.  LOVE this store.  It is worth the drive and worth the price.
