We are a full line pet store covering all the pet lines and we specialize in anything cute and fluffy! We carry full product lines of supplies for all common pets and some exotics. We meet or beat many of our competitors prices on supplies and also will custom order anything we don't carry for our customers. We also carry living animals which many of them you can hug, kiss, and hold (sorry no kissing the Bettas!) Stop in and take a look around we would love to see you... Great store! I shop here all the time. Their dog food prices are less than the big box stores and you get to play with puppies when you go in! I have purchased 2 puppies from Pet Ranch over the last 3 years. Great experience both times. Healthy happy and the best dogs I have ever owned. They offer vet care after purchase. One of mine had a common parasite we went to the vet check and they covered it all no questions asked. I always try to support a small business and this on is worth it!

They buy from Nebraska Land Pets (puppy mill) for about $400 a puppy. Turn around and charge people more than what a really good reputable breeder would charge for the same kind of puppy, around $1500 to $2000+ each. The "sales" and "money off" are also a sham. They add the amount your going to "save" on to the purchase price of the puppy. If you go enough to look you'll see that prices for the puppies go higher right before and during a sale.

The puppies are extremely happy and healthy. The staff care about their jobs and are very friendly. The puppies are super friendly. This place is very clean. I love it here!

This is a wonderful store. I love this place, I have purchased three puppies from here over the last eight years and I shop here often. The prices are good and my puppies have been nothing but the greatest additions to my family. The breeders they use are excellent. My english bulldog is now two, with no health issues and has a grand champion bloodline. Thank you Pet Ranch, you have definitely shown me there are good pet stores out there. You are one of them.

This store is absolutely horrible. Not only do they mistreat all of the animals, but their customer service is terrible as well. The dogs and cats can always be found living in their own filth; they're left to sit in their urine and feces for days on end. I've been there to look at the hamsters and have found dead hamsters in the cages more often than live ones, and when there are live ones they're left without food for days. Also, when their animals are sick they simply reduce the cost on them until they die or are bought by someone who will have to spend an exhorbitant amount of money to save their life. As far as customer service goes, avoid contact with their employees at all costs. They're rude and condescending and act more like they think they're entitled royalty than caretakers of these animals and salespeople. This store is absolutely horrible when it comes to dealing with people and animals. 10/10 would not recommend unless you'd like to be argued with and buy a pet with numerous issues caused by this store.
