I was shopping for items in the produce area Saturday night, 9/16 when one of the employees just struck up a conversation by asking me how I was doing. I noticed that he conversated with others in that area, but I figured he knew them. We talked about peaches and our favorite desserts for a minute or two, we laughed, and he wished me well. I quickly gathered that he is genuinely a nice and caring person that exemplifies the art of making others feel special. That brief moment made me feel that in the midst of the negative moments that frequently occur with human interactions there are starry moments that can't go unnoticed. Kudos to the produce guy!!!

All in all, a decent grocery store. Just be prepared to deal with rather large crowds in very narrow aisles during peak hours. Sadly, no sushi counter at this location like some others in the area.

The store is clean. I, usually, find what I want. The staff is pleasant and helpful! Like the sales. Today, I was there as they were marking down various meats. Lucky me. Just wish I knew where the Uber pick up spot was. Nobody knew.

The store is very confusing. The layout is very different from other Kroger's stores. Was very hard to find things. Their canned tomatoes products are in a secluded corner with no signs pointing to there location. It was my first at that store. They need to remodel the store like the others. Staff is nonexistent, couldn't find anyone to help me.

What kind of customer service doesn't have a representative working there? Goes to show the level of customer service. When I brought my issue to them, I was basically ignored. They do have a few great employees but the store is run pretty poorly. It's the middle of summer and we can never find corn on the cob in their produce section. Their meat selection is very limited although I did see a huge brisket there for the first time. Too bad I can't normally plan on them having brisket.
