The grocery pick-up has gone vastly down hill since they started doing it. I have had to go into the store after picking up my groceries to find the items that were "not on the shelf" in my order, and found them sitting on the shelf. The whole point of the picking up groceries is so the customer doesn't have to go inside. This has happened too many times to make me want to be a faithful customer anymore!!!

The pharmacy crew is the best I have ever worked with. John and Chris, the pharmacists, never gave up on getting what I needed from my doctor and insurance company. I was my own advocate, but they saw how frustrated I was. They helped and it got done. The complete dept was great. Thanks

What a great store, very friendly atmosphere, always meticulous, organized has fresh and delicious veggies & excellent customer service. Sue in produce is an asset to your company she is very knowledgeable and has outstanding customer service skills. Always a pleasure to shop there😊Having a staff of many employees over 50 makes a difference in customer service, they gave PEOPLE SKILLS.

I love shopping at this particular walmart, this store is so clean compared to all the other Wal-Mart neighborhood markets that I had a misfortune to step foot in. The staff are extremely helpful, particularly support manager Scott and assistant manager Eric. They are highly knowledgeable of their store and the products they carry. Always going the exta mile in providing a stellar customer experience among their customer base. Those two individuals in my book, are A+ customer service oriented people with bright careers ahead of them.
