Kroger offets hassle free shopping. Excellent fresh produce, including organic items. I particularly appreciate the floor staff who are there when you need them. There are excellent goat cheese products, feta and other specialties. One stop shopping, fast checkout boom you're finished.

I visit this Kroger regularly. They seem to have the best selection around and have good sale prices. Sale items often seem to have Digital Coupons available, which is also great. I preferred the store layout before they moved everything around. The months they took to do that was a huge pain, and I can't see the benefit since I preferred the old layout. Service is typically good, although there are definitely some poor employees. On my last visit I had one of these poor employees bagging my groceries. He was slow and not paying attention, causing the conveyer to back up until the cashier had to stop ringing up items. He seemed to be randomly placing items together in bags. He often put only one item in a bag by itself, such as the two small heads of lettuce, which were each put in their own bag for some strange reason.

Grocery shopping is an experience that you make for yourself. I can say the store was clean and we'll stocked. (As with every other grocery store.) The savings are dependant upon the customers. Interaction with employees is always pleasant and efficient. My only issue with Kroger pertains to the way some of the checkout staff treat customers if you are presenting coupons. Between the deep sighs and the huffing and puffing and occasionally the rude comments by a staff member named Susie, I have been on the fence about going to Meijer, but Kroger is closer to my end of the bypass. So, I'll be watching to see if there are any more incidents of verbal assault on behalf of any more Kroger representatives at the checkout lines if I or any other customers use coupons.. That's the day I will switch to another grocer. There are other alternatives for my grocery needs in Richmond KY..

My family and I shop here frequently. One should be warned in advance that this store features the service of Click list. That is a service where Kroger employees fulfill orders for customers and then bring it out to your car. I'm not sure if you have to call ahead or how far. These order pickers are regularly seen and encountered in the very aisles that you might be trying to shop. The carts they use are fairly large and can block other shoppers. Selection is pretty good and you can find some of the harder to come by items, but they are more expensive than the Meijer that is near the interstate I75.

I love Kroger's I always shop there almost everyday. They have everything I need and I love the samples they share. The prices are great and the sales greater.. I get coupons in the mail that help me save money..and save on gas.. Kroger's is my number one store.and the people are so nice and helpful to.
