Had a great experience working with Dan. As someone who was looking at getting into cycling, Dan really took his time explaining everything to me. I never felt rushed, and enjoyed talking to him about cycling. When he didn't have anything for me in stock, we sat down and he showed me some bikes on-line that would work. He even offered to assemble it free of charge. In the end, I purchased a bike from another store (simply because Dan didn't have my size). I brought the bike in, and he made sure to help fit the bike to me. After buying a few starter items, I walked out a very satisfied customer. I will be going back in a few weeks for some simple maintenance. High recommend Krooked Krank for all bicycling needs. Thanks Dan!

I came by here to get my mountain bike serviced before a race and get a little upgrade. This guy really knows his stuff and then some. No complaints here!
