Terry's is awesome! I brought in my BOB stroller and they fixed the tire quick - on the spot! Andrea was super helpful, she recommended a latex filler for the tires so that they wouldn't pop in the future for just a few dollars more! This is a great local shop to support.

Terry's Bicycles is a great family owned and operated business. They help local bikers find new trails to ride and keep new biking events posted so you'll always know what's going on. This business is very up to date and relevant. They have great customer service and great prices. I wouldn't take my bikes anywhere else.

A friend and I were trying to put a chain on a bicycle and we were not having much success. We finally called Terry's Bicycles to ask if they could help. I expected to be told that I would have to leave the bike there and pick it up a few days later. Also, Terry's was about to close, so I wasn't even sure if someone would be willing to stay late to take the bike. I spoke with the owner's son who was very gracious and even agreed to stay open a little late to help. While he was fixing the bike he talked to us about bicycles and how they are not really as simple as they look. We learned a lot. When he was done, he even made some adjustments to the bike that we did not know it needed. You don't get good customer service many places these days, so it was a pleasant surprise. When he was done he charged a VERY reasonable price. It was a wonderful experience that restored my faith in good, old fashioned customer service!

I went into Terry's Bicycles for the first time today. I went because the Krooked Crank closed and Dan moved to Terry's. The shop is set up nicely and the staff is great, you don't need to worry about some annoying teenager hovering over you like at other bike shops.
