Good and Bad! 
The Good: Our fleet goes through each year and we have always had a pleasant experience. The product works well and they work around your schedule. 
The Bad: You need to make sure they replace the rubber seals/caps they remove when spraying. Quite often we get our vehicles back missing the rubber cap seals. 
Second, be careful about the vehicles you bring in. We had a Jeep under sprayed which is a huge mistake! Oil got into a sensor which then faulted. Unique Chrysler charged 1,000 to fix it and blamed it on Krown. When I brought the sensor to Krown they blamed it on Unique, saying it was not oil damage. 
They are good as long as there are no problems. If any problems arise they play the blaming game. So be cautious!

Repeat customer here.  Appointments are recommended.  Staff is well trained and I had no issues with the application or the product itself. Default application is light so that it doesn't drip.  You can request heavy application if you don't mind that it weeps out.   If you're in an area that uses salt, your car will benefit greatly by early and annual oil spray applications.

Staff was friendly and able to answer all questions about the rust proofing process. Service was quick and professional. Car was in good care. Waiting room was comfortable with complimentary beverages and snacks. Very happy with my experience here and will be back next winter season.
