Went several times out of convenience to location but every time unhappy with wash. Soap does not all rinse off. So I usually go to Zips for a better wash! Went this morning with my pregnant daughter so I could vacuum hers out for her, as she isn’t able to bend over well, parked my car by the vacuum, literally ran the vacuum over my driver seat floor mat while I waited on her to come through the wash, only to have a man come over to me stating that the free vacuum was with a car wash. I explained that my daughter was currently in the wash and offered to pay for the 2 second vacuum. he very rudely stated that THIS car had NOT been washed. I really could not believe how rude and petty he was! So now I definitely won’t EVER go there! Unless I’m craving some soap suds!

Inconsistent is the best word for this business. Staff is generally courteous  and they did send my car back through one time when it was still covered in snow & soap. However, they do not provide a clean & operable area for vacuuming.
1. The vacuums are often stopped up so there is not enough suction to accomplish anything. 
2. The trash bins are often overflowing onto the parking area and into the adjacent stream bed. Much easier to take care of this before it is in overflow. 
3. The surface of the pavement is slick with oil & gas, which you track back into your car when you’ve finished. It would be so easy to wash this area down. 
This area should be checked periodically throughout the day. They would get a higher rating if they would take care of these things to ensure a satisfactory wash from start to finish.

Manager was rude to several customers and his employees. Watched as he argued with an elderly customer at the card machine. Told customer "that's fine sir. I need you to move, you're holding up my line." Then proceeded to whistle across the parking lot calling the customer Satan. The employees were working very quickly despite his telling them they weren't. The wash did not get my car clean.

Amazing service. They really went above and beyond. It was quick but good quality. I have dogs and it’s always tough to get all the fine hairs but their vacuums were really good. Car looks like new

Wow this place has gone down hill I just moved back to the area, three years ago I used to go by once and week to keep my car looking great. Went by the other day and paid for the super. And no one came out to vacuum my car or anything.  I had to do it and use all the chemicals they had to give myself the super wash. Went to look around for someone to get my money back. Couldn’t find a soul. Glad I’m an honest person. I could have walked in any room I wanted to. I will NEVER and I mean NEVER go back.
