The staff here is very friendly and eager to assist in any issue. The facility itself is in need of some improvement inside the wash bay as some of the equipment is not working properly and they seem to have lots of issues keeping it working. There are two side cleaning positions that have not operated in months now and as your car passes you can see that they are just sitting there. I have visited their Tunnel Road facility and this facility seems to work fine. The Tunnel Road facility is newer so it makes you feel that the owner is not as concerned with the South Asheville Airport Road location. 
*Update to post 11/28/17*...The Airport Road facility has recently remodeled and improved the equipment inside the wash bay. It was great to see this and now this facility seems to be operating much better. I will add though that they seem to still be having tremendous issues with the vacuuming system as many of the vacuum bays do not seem to be operating properly, though there has been some new vacuum lines installed. Overall the facility has improved greatly!

Great for a quick car wash but my car is usually never spotless after going through. Always need to touch up a few places by hand. But free vacuums are nice.

This was is good just be sure you let the tire shine dry before hitting the road or it will be ALL over your clean car.

Free vacuum when you wash your car here, so that is worth a few extra bucks by itself. Also you can get a monthly membership..... if you plan on washing you car frequently, this could save some money. I got the best wash and my car was really shiney!
