Sometimes the car washes aren't the same and I have a monthly pass. I love it though. Plus they recycle their water.

This location is known for damaging cars and having to fight for months to get it fixed. I will never go here again or to any of their other locations. It takes a lot for me to write a review but this terrible experience was worth mentioning. Even police cars have been damaged at this location. When I brought my car to get damage estimates each body shop I went to informed me that they have cars in their shop from this location on a weekly basis. Like I said, I am not one to write reviews but this needs to be known. It took 2 solid months of fighting for them to finally pay for the damages. If your car is damaged they may deny your claim but stay on them about it. If they damaged your car don't take no for an answer. They will try to refuse to give you the contact information of those you need to be in touch with. They know it. They just want to frustrate people long enough that they give up. Don't.

It's a nice place for sure. Vacuums are good...but we noticed that it went from $3, to $5 to $7, essentially doubling in price in 6 months. This is Asheville. It's not shamful to be poor, as being poor is very common here, and we want cheap prices. Maybe you could have a deal for us, come early, or Wednesday get half price or something.

Service was good as usual, however the prices off of this Tunnel are location are quite a bit higher than the one next to the airport. $20 for premium service as opposed to $15!
