Been going to Ricks for a few years but service has got worse. $20 for a car wash and mat wash is OK if the job was done right but my car gets outside for drying and detailing and what do i see? The worker was sitting in my car having a coke and peanut butter crackers. Not working mind you just sitting and relaxing in the A/C for about 4-5 minutes. Told the manager about it and said I was going to be pissed if there are orange crumbs in my seat. His response was "I don't blame you", not let me talk to him about that. Car is done and yes, orange crumbs in the seat of my newly vacuumed interior and the wheels looked like they were never touched and dirty. Drove it over to the manager and he looked, had the guy brush the crumbs out and I had him redo the rims. Not the reaction I would expect from the manager, no wonder they get away with what they do but I sure won't be paying them $20 for a wash anymore. I'll find somewhere else. Rick's you went from a great car wash to being overpriced and careless.

Pricey for what you get.  The line moves super slow.  $23 for a full wash that wasn't that impressive.  Wait was literally 43mins and it really wasn't that crowded.  Little to no urgency

They do the bare minimum. The owner should sell the car wash to an owner that cares about customer service and doing the job the right way the first time. I paid for the complete package, and for extras. The mats were not cleaned right (sprayed but not scrubbed) and there was still dog hair on my back seat (I was told how to remove it after I paid them to remove it). I  gave the Spanish guys a tip because they did put some effort into cleaning it. (the owner is the one that cleaned my mats half-assed)

Service was okay, nothing great. Was kinda disappointed in the detailing part, seen some spots that they didn't wipe over with a rag. Will definitely try another place next time.

I'm a local. I've been here several times. Slowly over time the service is gotten worse and worse. I brought it in this week and the car is still filthy - inside and out - as if they hadn't touched it. After bringing it up to the manager he went to take a look and came back to tell me I got what I paid for. $25 down the drain. I wish I could post pictures here. On the list of services it says your car gets a "wipe down." Well they're not kidding. They just barely dragged a rag across the inside. There is still dust on my dash and vents and radio and scuffs on the doors. Now I have to go clean my car after paying to have my car cleaned. Im not coming back.
