I came in for Brazilian today with Ksenia and, as someone who has gone to many salons for waxing, I can say this was hands down the best and least painful wax I've ever had done. She made sure to get all the hair and double check to make sure she didn't miss anything. She warns you of the painful areas which helps. But it was like a 3 out of 10 for pain in even the most senetive areas. 
She was careful and thoughtful and the whole atmosphere is relaxing  and comfortable. Best place for a wax in the area. I am very pleased and I will definitely be returning.

I could not say enough good things about this place. Ksensia herself is such a kind and understanding professional she warns you of painful areas and makes sure she does a good job. I have never felt uncomfortable during a session here. I recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a good Brazilian wax!

I'm giving this 2 stars for the WORK done. 

 However, I'll give 5 stars for ambiance, cleanliness, decor, location, and professionalism. 

I went in for eyebrows. It was painless. And QUICK (which made me nervous.  Took her less than 3 minutes). When she was finished, she quickly showed me how they looked in a mirror and based on the position I was in (she does your eyebrows with you laying flat), it looked okay. Paid $25 (including tip). Walked out got in the car and looked in the mirror and was DISAPPOINTED. I have no idea what she did but they had no shape or...... I don't know......I just don't know what to say they looked like. Smh *sigh*. My husband looked at me and said "It's okay babe, it's not that bad." And he's right.....I didn't look jacked up but it didn't look good. 

Now I've read through all the reviews and saw majority of the reviews were for Brazilian wax. That should have been my sign that she may not know how to do eyebrows. THOUGH HER EYEBROWS WERE NICELY DONE. Anywho, based on the reviews, go for Brazilian wax NOT eyebrows.

I just recently moved to the area. Any time I move I dread trying to find a new esthetician. I visited Wax in the City prior to visiting Ksenia for a Brazilian wax; it was torturous. What typically took around 15-25 minutes (depending) took closer to 45-60 minutes. Ksenia was amazing, giving me probably one of the least painful Brazilian waxes I’ve ever received. She’s sweet and passionate about what she’s doing. The facility is clean and she makes you feel comfortable during an uncomfortable procedure! I would highly recommend her for all your waxing needs!
