I asked the hair stylist, Barbie, if she was good at coloring hair, she told me she could do anything I asked for, and during the bleaching processes I find out she has only been doing this for 3 weeks. Later I found out they can't keep good stylist to stay. After 6 times dying it that day I still left with bright orange hair and they made me pay $73 and refused to give recepit. They tried to lie and said it looks great like I couldn't see my own hair bc of shock. Then I wanted to talk to district manager (bc they don't have manager in shop) and it turned to a worse experience. She never reached out to me but bc I called back so many times I got ahold of her. She refused to give me her name as well refused to offer any help after she was the one that avoided me for over a week. She even basically called me a bad person. Talking about this to other stylist in area they have a horrible reputation and should have done more research. I'll be making sure no one makes the same mistake.

The only place I will ever go! Having "difficult" hair its hard and pricey to find someone who can cut and style my stubborn curly hair. Sometimes I go curly sometimes I straighten it and it was wonderful to find someone who makes it look good both ways.

I have been going to this salon for three years and I have had a different stylist every time, except the last two times. :) and I honestly will say that I love the staff. They know what they are doing, are professional, friendly. I am the type of person that is very wary of who touches my hair and from not being from Virginia and moving here, they have made my hair styling experience wonderful. I highly recommend Regis Salon at Pembroke Mall.

Horrible. please understand that this is not a hair salon that can specialize in african american hair. the WORST experience ever. I walked out looking worse than i did when i went in.
