I just want to say thank you so much to Faith she was patient with my friend and I with the question we had..I wound up getting the deep curl with closure 16,18,20 and I can not wait until I get it installed on Saturday... I also got the leave in conditioner they provide so my curls stay in tact! I will definitely be back it’s literally 5 mins away from my house now no more waiting for bundles to ship or paying extra to get them delivered! Very classy and sweet and thanks for explaining the hair dollars to me which I still have more for my next purchase left over! I will definitely be loyal customer see you next time and thanks once again!!

Brandi was very flexible, I called and she stated they were actually closed but she would wait for me if I could come soon. She waited 35 mins for me. And directed me how to get to the building. When I arrived I asked her questions about the hair and how much I would need, she was very helpful with providing pictures and the look that I was going for. She also told me how to take care of the hair. She gave me a nice discount and shampoo and conditioner. My son mentioned he was hungry and she offered him a cupcake. So nice!!! Overall, very professional and personable. I will definitely be back.

Bunch of rude hood rats that hate their job . Don’t purchase from here . I bought hair from here Monday but the hair sheds ridiculously and it’s thin. Don’t waste your money
