Sales staff are either obsequiously attentive or ignore you. Went to the 199th st store today (4/7/18 ~ 1:00pm) to buy some shoes. Browsed trying to locate shoes I'd seen in catalog, couldn't find them. Meanwhile, 2 gossiping sales clerks paid no attention to me or other few customers in shoe section. Will go elsewhere I suppose.

Chris at the Leawood store obviously had too much to do to let me back in the store for 5 minutes at 6:02 PM to look at another pair of boots a week before Christmas. Merry Christmas Chris! "Sorry, Closed"... maybe I'll go to Scheels.
