The customer service at the Concord location is non-existent. They also charge you now for bags... Brown paper bags $0.05 a bag. She puts my cloths in a pile and asks if I want a bag it a box! Then tells me they try to encourage customers to bring own bags. How do you call encourage when there are no signs of this new policy or anyone telling you prior to putting your items in a pile and expecting you to carry it out. It's only a nickel but that's not the point,  the bag tore as i put my cloths into it. The lady didn't even ask me if I had a loyalty card for my % off. I will stick to the Hooksett Goodwill from here on out!

Recently they have changed prices for a lot of items. The stuff is overpriced now and not worth going to. Salvation Army has better deals and better selection.

It's a thrift store. It's an old location. It's kind of dirty, but if you're like me you'll go anyway, and you never know if you might just find something.

The place was unorganized and the woman who is cashing us out not only rolled her eyes at my children but was just all in general very rude. The only reason I gave it to Stars was because of the nice lady who gave us the manager's name to report the woman who was so blatantly disrespectful.
