This place is pure garbage. I sign up for the 5-day pass to check it out. Of course you have to talk to a sales member to activate it. Whatever. I go to talk to him and after his sales pitch he says he activated it and it's good to go. (This employee was named Q by the way). I told him I wasn't sure if I wanted to sign up for a membership that day. So I'm assuming he was mad he wasn't getting my money. Of course he was using sleazy sales tactics to get me to sign up. For example, "this offer is only good until Friday". Of course it is. What's funny is I found a better and cheaper deal online ON THE WEBSITE to sign up. Come on buddy. Anyways, I get there tonight and lo and behold, the guest passes aren't activated. Of course they aren't activated because I didn't sign up. Bogus especially since he told me they were already activated. Front desk girl who is Asian is absolutely clueless. I mean, I even told her the employee that helped us (how would I know his name if I never went there?) and when we came there but apparently she was not able to comprehend. This place only cares about one thing and it's about your money. None of the employees offered to help me when I got there because I wasn't interested in talking to them. Going back to Snap Fitness because they can actually get things done right. Why would anyone want to go to this gym? I was legitimately going to sign up but this garbage of a gym has turned me off.

Great location to work out. Very affordable, great equipment, lots of different options and classes and even 4-5 racquetball courts! The front desk was friendly and even the people working out were nice. Asked a dude to spot me and it was no problem. Great place!

I wish they had later hours.  Also it would be nice if their version of child care wasn't setting them in front of a tv screen.  Otherwise we have been very happy with this gym.

Awesome place to work out. Equipment is second to none. It would be nice if they varied the music a little more, though.

Reasonably priced and friendly. Hours could be more accommodating but no complaints about the gym itself.
