Love this class!!! Instructors are amazing.  Fellow zenners help and inspire you everyday!  The workouts are always different ,  so no boredom here. I have more energy now than I did twenty years ago. My kids can't keep up with me anymore.

Halfway through the initial ten week challenge and feeling great.  The instructors are great and every class brings something new. My fellow Zenners rock! Encouragement is always there. Loving the results and continuing on even after these 10 weeks. I'd definitely recommend this program!

Zen Ten has added the motivation that my wife needed to begin a more healthier lifestyle. Her workout habits have continued to grow inside and outside of the class. She has changed her eating habits as well as helped the rest of the family eat healthier. Zen Ten has given her a new positive outlook on a healthier lifestyle and has even made it fun.

I love the Zen 10 it's a great way to get into shape and have a good time.  You can meet new people and make new friends. Or meet up with current friends and just have a good time working out. Try it out!

There is not enough amazing things to say about this program. The instructors are inspiring, motivating and supportiv. The workouts are fun and challenging. Best of all the support you receive from fellow "Zenners" helps keep you going. Since I started I have lost 7 lbs but, more importantly, I have gone down two dress sizes!
