This is the first time I've gotten involved in weight training.  I can't express enough good comments about Dennis and Greg.  Both greet you with a smile.  Each are patient and very willing to share their ideas and methods to be successful. Such a big help in my training.  Definitely the place to go if weight training is what you are interested in.  They have been doing this work for over 40 years.  That sure says something about the establishment.

Great gym, great people (even if there are a lot of dumb meatheads. They're nice meatheads) and a pretty good location. Greg and Dennis are experienced professionals who are always happy to help. I had an injury and asked Greg for any tips, he took me through an entire workout. Would still be going if I lived nearby.

Best gym I have ever been to. Highly recommend it if you are serious about weightlifting. Very old school with an old school atmosphere. Some of the biggest athletes around show up to this gym. Everybody is extremely friendly, and is always willing to help. Greg Long is willing to offer any advice whether you are a professional athlete or it's your first time in the gym. 

The Box-fit classes in the back of the gym are excellent too. Ray and Ashleigh do a great job of keeping the workouts fun, and exhausting. I'm sad to be moving and leaving this gym. No gym will ever be as good.
