Lots of equipment, but most of it is falling apart and dirty. Machines stay broken for weeks at a time. Bathrooms are filthy. Pool is over-chlorinated and hot tub only partially works (timer can't be turned on to increase jet pressure). Would it be too much to ask to have one single bench to sit on in the pool area? Trainers can only be used by adding very high additional costs for a minimum of six months at a time. This place is a rip off.

I hv been a member since ~2011.. It has been a steady decline in the gym. Lately the gym has been extremely hot, as if they have turned A/C units up to save on electric bills...

Seems every Salesperson is trained to scam the customer. READ THE FINE PRINT before signing the contract. Outrageously lied to my wife. Never disclosed an 89$ initiation fee, won't refund. 2 memberships this location only 201.29$ start up fees

I was visiting from TX and came here and was very happy. Very clean facility with new  equipment! The staff was so friendly as well! I had a great workout! This  was the best LA fitness I have been to!

If I could give l.a. fitness half a star, I would.. Staff is rude and clueless about anything going on inside the gym. The main manager lady in the front is either slow or just stupid. She makes everyone line up while shes on the phone instead of telling the person to hold. Sometimes there is a line that goes outside of the building because she refuses to get off the phone! Customer service is non-existent There are  many broken machines all over the facility and they take months to even attempt to repair them.  The place is pretty dirty overall and it seems like whoever is in charge of  cleaning is 90% blind in both eyes. Had a upsetting experience where I was rudely kicked off the heavy bags after waiting an hour and a half to use them because a class was about to start. Before I even started hitting the bags I asked an employee and they said it was fine to go in there while a class was in session, I opted for waiting until  the class finished and wasn't even in there for 5 minutes when I was told to leave the bag area... Maybe you guys should train your employees to tell people the correct information. Also how do I know when all the classes start and end ? you dont post any schedules on the doors. Some people take valuable time out of their lives to train and to be treated in such a unprofessional manner is not acceptable. Especially with the amount of money you guys take from your "customers"...I purchased all of my own equipment and cancelled my membership, good riddance.
