Placed an order online to have delivered to my work.  After realizing the total he told me over the phone didn't match up to the online prices I called back. They told me that pricing did change. I told them I wanted to cancel my order. I did not receive my food, I did not sign the receipt and he told me no he WILL NOT refund me the money. After arguing back and fourth I told him I would be calling the police and he said "ok" and hung up on me.

DO NOT EVER ORDER FOOD FROM THESE PEOPLE. THEY ARE RUDE AND CROOKS!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Overcharged and refused to fix it. I told them if they were going to overcharge I do not want the food. Their response was they already processed the payment .. the girl on the phone got me to an owner. He told me that the card reader company will charge him too much money to refund me and refused to do so. NO FOOD AND I WAS CHARGED OVER $45 .. HORRIBLE customer service .. STAY FAR FAR AWAY from this place. I live in Johnston and will  be telling EVERYONE I talk to about the horrible experience today. This place and the owners are a JOKE. In reading some of the reviews it looks like they do this all the time. 

READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE YOU SUPPLY THESE CROOKS WITH YOUR DEBIT CARD INFORMATION!!!!!

I ordered my food and it came it WAY more than the online pirces showed. I got it for deleivery i called not even 2 minutes after once i realized how the prices didnt match  i called and CANCELED the order and he REFUSED to refund me. He said it will cost him too much money to get me a refund of 50$ . After arguing he hung up on me and continued to process the order and charged it to my card. 

They NEVER delivered the food and they still charged me for it after i told them DO NOT. 

I am now filing a police report to get my momey back because they refuse to give it to me. 

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. 

Never order from these awful people.

Ordered the 2 large 1 topping pizza special for 16.99 as advertised on the website. One with pepperoni, one with extra cheese.  Was told the website is wrong and it's now 18.99, yet my bill said 16.99 for pizzas, 1.00 for extra cheese (my topping), and 3.50 for "open food." When I explained that 18.99 - 16.99  3.50, was told that's for the extra cheese (which I already was charged for despite it being my one topping).  Cashier just argued with me and said that's how they have to ring it up.  Thanks for the last 5 years La Nuova.  Good luck in your scams.

Food is ok but ordered a calzone and turkey club and took an hour and 15 min to be delivered to my house....5 min down the road. With the large amount of places in the area that make the same food, doesn’t look like I’ll be calling again.
