There are very few things that I liked about my stay. During my time there, the elevator was broken and there was not a bellhop to help with luggage. My husband has a heart condition and did not need to be making multiple trips up and down the stairs. There was major renovations being made which we were not aware of before we booked. One of the nights we were there, there was a heavy rain which caused there to be major leaks coming into the room from window and the ceiling. The floor by the window was soaked.The hotel staff that I reported to said it was because pieces of the building was missing. Also the toliet broke our last night and during the entire stay (4 nights) we had very little water pressure coming from our sink and shower. The only things that were half way decent was the breakfast and even though the double beds were small, they were very comfortable.

Very nice hotel and staff. Don't let the exterior fool you. It doesn't look like much from the outside but there's nothing wrong with it as far as I can tell. It's clean and decent.

This was stay was a pleasant surprise. As we arrived for check-in on 2/11/17 we were greeted by the desk personal Faith Walker. She welcome us and made myself and family feel comfortable for the time we checked in. We were in Indianapolis to attend my daughters college acting competition. And her school Indiana University South Bend was also staying at the La Quinta Suites. Ms. Walker was very accommodating to all our needs during our stay as well as the staff. We had to extended our stay two additional days and Ms. Walker made that process very accommodating. Ms. Walker and was very professional and had such a kindred spirit, that it left a great impression on I, my wife, daughter and her classmates. The breakfast was great and the easily assessable and the location of the hotel was nice as well. Our room were clean and beds were comfortable. And house keeping kept the rooms cleaned and the beds were made up upon returning later in the day. We didn't expect much, but after checking in with Ms. Walker we knew we had made the right choice. We most definitely would make a return visited to this La Quinta Suites and recommend it to friends and family.

Location was great, right downtown. Parking on site for free. Quick walk to bars and restaurants. Beds were comfy and everything inside had been renovated recently. Exterior is definitely original, but don't judge it by the outside. Breakfast was limited, but they had a waffle maker and ham/egg party things. Staff was nice and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

Decent hotel. Room was nice and clean, and the staff was nice. Some parts of it are nicely remodelled, but some things (like a scary small elevator) not so much. It looks much nicer on the inside than the outside.
