Jose at the Mission Valley store was exceptional.  He was professional, knowledgeable and extremely easy to deal with. In spite of me doing a lot of research on my own to find the best sofa sleeper, he gave me some good advice and things to consider.   He also has terrific follow through.  So happy I decided on a Lazy Boy!!

Shopping at this location was a wonderful experience. I was given space and time to check out the chairs I was interested in, sales people were friendly and available but not rushed or hurrying me. Once I had pretty much made up my mind Jose was very attentive he pointed out features I haven't thought of showed me other options along the same line he listened to exactly what I was looking for and offered options. I couldn't have asked for a better salesperson to deal with. I have had the chair now for a few days I'm extremely happy with it it fits perfectly in my space it is very comfortable and feels very well-made.

Love La-Z-Boy furniture.  Have two extremely comfortable chairs I have had for 25 years that barely show the wear.  Just ordered a sofa bed and love seat.  The staff was friendly and eager to help.

I love this place. They're willing to take their time with me and show me all the options that I asked for. They also price match from the Internet which blew me away. Thank you so much ladies and gentlemen the work here. I recommend lazy boy to anyone

I am SO EXCITED!  I highly recommend Lazy Boy Mission Valley.   Their store is well merchandised and beautifully decorated .  I originally went to a large department store thinking that the Lazy Boy store would be out of my league.   However I was not happy with the selection and pricing at the department store.   I took a chance and visited Lazy Boy.   I was immediately greeted by a very knowledgeable, helpful and very kind young women named Ashley.  She was honest and patient working with me trying to find a chair that would fit into my budget.   And we found one!!   I didn't purchase that night cause I needed to check with a friend regarding delivery.  When I called back this morning I spoke to a wonderful man named Jay.   He was also very helpful and professional.  Finally I had the opportunity to speak with the store manager named Jose regarding a separate matter and I was also impressed with his professionalism and pride in his job.  What a wonderful experience I had at Lazy Boy.  And WHAT AN AWESOME CHAIR I GOT !
