Nick was super helpful at finding us our furniture for our new home. We currently moved into a 3 bedroom house and needed a living room set and mattress for our bed. He was patient with us and helped us find furniture that will fit our lifestyle and home very nicely. Thank you Mor furniture for making this an easy process.

I went to look at a new sofa and recliner. Mel met me and I immediately felt comfortable with him. He was very helpful selecting only items that fit my preferences. He even texted my kids at college to ensure they liked the selections. He made the whole experience fun. I haven't had the furniture delivered yet, so I couldn't give it give stars, but the service was outstanding.

I ordered a new bed and dresser online, and so far, my experience has been stellar! Purchasing was super easy, I was contacted immediate for delivery setup, and all items were in stock-Yay! I called the Miramar location a couple of times just to confirm everything was correct and get an idea of when to expect delivery and both times I spoke with Shannon. Shannon was awesome! She helped me update my phone number and check on the delivery status and was super friendly. I would absolutely recommend Mor Furniture to anyone based off of my dealing with their outstanding customer service team!

My wife and I intended on visiting Ashley and Jerome's afterwards, but Mel really knew his competition and was very familiar with the items we were considering at the other retailers. He explained how Mor compares in quality, price and service. Our experience felt like we were buying from a good friend. Professional and absolutely no pressure made a potentially long day of furniture shopping, a one stop deal.

Went to four furniture stores today and Our sales rep, Dani Han had us in and out in under thirty minutes with the perfect couch. He listened to everything we said we wanted and showed us products that were exactly what we were asking for. Great customer service for my second large purchase with Mor. Will always shop here first. Prices were comparable to other stores we viewed today.
