I'm going to admit that this place is a little overwhelming due to the endless options but it is fun to go around trying and feeling every furniture item out! The people on the floor are very good about answering your questions and giving you home decor advice!! They were very patient with us. We were able to find a couch that was mid range priced and still very comfortable. I was pretty sad and even mad when our sales person, Lisa, told us that the ottoman we wanted to accompany our couch was sold out. I made it pretty clear that I would not purchase the couch without the ottoman and she went to talk to her superiors and found a way to make it happen for us. It was amazing. Hayley helped us out at check out and her bubbly personality and upbeat vibe just pumped us up about our purchase. It was great. Def recommend it this place.

Worst customer service I have ever seen. I legit walked past 8 different employees in the time span that I was there and not one person smiled, said hi, or asked if I needed help. I was there because my company moved to a new office and we are completely redoing it so I was there to definitely spend money! I had stuff in my hands, falling over and two people just stared and kept doing what they needed to. After that I put everything down and walked out. Walked past information stand and not one person said bye or have a great day and there was three people in there. I don’t know how you train your employees but you need a better system. I shouldn’t have stuff in my hands and not have one person offer to help. To all employees: remember you CHOSE to work in retail. Your job is to help! All of the employees looked like they hated their life. Maybe you need a new career.... I never ever take the time to write reviews but I was very disappointed I wanted to buy so many things but I refuse to buy from a company who dosent help the people who shop at their store!!!!

I normally never write reviews but I think this one is worth it. This was our first time here and we loved the showroom. We were looking for a nice couch for our living room but had no idea what to expect or the options they had. Lisa eventually helped us around and showed us to all the couches they had. We actually ended up picking up one that day! She's very kind and gave us all the information we needed to decide on which couch to purchase. If u ever want to a new couch or anything else, I recommend seeing her! I am very satisfied with the couch we chose and it will be in the house this coming week!

Here's my feedback to the hellish experience I've had with Living Spaces - Mission Valley. Along with my survey feedback score of 1/10 for everything since 0 wasn't an option: This was by far the worst experience I've ever had buying a piece of furniture. Time after time when living spaces could have stepped up and done the right thing to fix their mistake, they did not. What should have taken 4 weeks at the most ended up being 5 months of my life wasted on tracking down the correct couch, having to have it custom made AGAIN, and dealing with numerous "customer service" representatives. (Quotes because they were not helpful at all) There was no organization, no remembering my order and countless minutes on hold with that gaudy hold music if I got any at all. I've been hung up on, told everything was my fault and my problem, and had extensive conversations with pretty much every manager at the call center with no progress with my order. I felt like no one was on my side or hearing me. I got frustrated to tears at the end of it. I had to hold the wrong couch in my home for months. And finally when it was time to deliver the correct one and pick up the wrong one, I was told no that won't happen. They didn't have the number to allow the delivery guys to pick it up. Clearly something needs to be changed to help the overall communication with this company. I will never use this company ever again and will make sure no one I come across with for the rest of my life does either. Such a disappointing experience. I would never want anyone to go through what I did. TL/DR- DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM LIVING SPACES IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR TIME AND SANITY The End.. finally

I stopped in the first time on a whim with 3 kids in tow. Everyone was super nice and the Kids Room was a pleasant surprise. Went back a couple days later and was greeted promptly. Trenis in the Mission Valley, SD store was very helpful and did not pressure me. Have not received my order yet but am excited. Will be shopping here again!
