I love living here! All of the residents are wonderful and I feel extremely safe here! I can let my kids go play at the little playground and not worry about them at all. We have a beautiful pool during the summer and community events to make everyone feel welcome! This is my home, not just were I live. Things are getting better everyday thanks to the management trying so hard to make this area the best it can be!

Drug city don't live there it's a bad place..... I went to look at a home I never even looked at it cause I seen people selling drugs I got the hell out of there

As a renter with almost 4 years of living at Ashleye Village. It has completely changed when it comes to the admin office and the expectations on livability. when I first moved in it desurved the 1 star rate. Now that new managers and maintenance have changed its definitely a 5 star. No it may not be uptown Dallas. But it is an affordable place in to live in this economy. I have a disabled mother who doesnt drive and the admin office has helped her out of the bottom of their hearts. They have aidded her when she is with out food or transportation. Helping with other issues she had. I highly recommend to all those who need a nice place to stay at a good rate.

Appreciate all the improvements and look forward to more! The environment is getting cleaner, safe and more of a home feeling. It's close to alot of stores. I-35 very close access (you don't hear the noise at night), and the overall location is great especially if you have kids that go to the Middle School and Elementary schools close by. Keep up the good work!
