Seems nice and we'll maintained
 Have friends there that own and they are very satisfied, have a nice home and great friends and neighbors. For me it's  Too narrow driving through. I  would consider buying there but the part of the park I like I can't fit my minivan into the driveways on that row. I  see a lot of 18-30 yr Olds living there that were kicked out of Haines road/ 28th street mhp parks. Get on  a  good street and don't have a large vehicle and it's nice. Really good people living there and I've heard nothing but good about management.

The roads are super narrow. But seems to be a quiet park.

this park is wonderful to live with a super quiet and best location is as close to everything  super central I live here a year ago and did not change  without and paid is very littke $ 590 , the other park are beloved of $700 up until $800 I m happy to be here
