This is a very nice place. The Manager takes very good care of the park. The facilities are very nice and the other guests are very nice as well. The internet is not the best but they were upfront about that and are working diligently to fix the issues. The Laundry room and lounge etc. are pristine! Well cared for park in a good location. Very nice for the price!

We stayed here after evacuating from Bay City.  The manager is accomodating and does a great deal to make guests comfortable.  The facilities are clean, including bathrooms, showers, etc.  There is a lounge room where there is a table and large tv.  The sites are relatively level and gravel, but they work well.  Good electric and tv hook-ups.  I would stay here anytime due to the friendliness of the management, cleanliness, and proximity to the college station area.

The place is pretty nice and quiet.  people live here are friendly and staffs are friendly.  I would give 5 stars if they could pay more attention to pets... More signs "pick after dogs poop". And dog gate doesnt close right so dogs go in n out w gate closed.  Also trash containers are always open.  It attracts a lot of flies.
