The people and place are amazing, unfortunately my dog had passed while in route to them and when I walked in they were so caring and helpful in my time of need. I can't thank them enough for their kindness and today I received a sympathy card in the mail that all the workers had signed. Would recommend to anyone😊

Took my puppy here the other night after he got some cuts from barb wire(around 2am, long story). I appreciate them being up front with prices. They gave me an estimate, and while it wasn't cheap, everything on there was necessary(I am an RN). Reading the review underneath mine is disappointing to see that she thinks they are all about the money. I did not get that feeling at all while I was there. Just like any business, how would they stay open(24/7 at that) if they did free or discounted services.. AND it's an EMERGENCY room, It's going to cost more. Have you been to a human ER without insurance? Let the ER disappear and see how you feel when you have no where to go with an emergency. Then you will be complaining that they aren't here! These people are here at night when they could be home in bed. Thank you guys for taking care of Biscuit! He(and I) appreciate it!

While staff was helpful & nice I was told by my regular vet that they did some extream & unnecessary treatments. In my opinion they were done to drive cost up. Good place to go for emergency when all others are closed but  prepare to pay for it!

My dog was attacked by another animal. He was bleeding badly and missing a large piece from his side, I called everywhere because it was a Saturday. This was the only location open. 

My dog wasn't seen. As he laid on the floor bleeding out, a nurse comes in and starts quoting me prices "140 for exam, 45 for pain shot, another blah blah amount to keep my dog from going into shock, we are now looking at $700-800 and that will need to be paid upfront before we start any procedures and that price may change depending on what we find during the exam." I offer $200 then and that on Tuesday I can cover $400. 
To which she then advises I try to apply for a credit card through carecredit since a week before Christmas I didn't have $800 in my pocket and they DO NOT ACCEPT PAYMENT PLANS.

Her next option for me is to allow them to put the dog down. Keep in mind this is all said in the same breath like she's taking my order at McDonalds, to which she quotes me $300, because they still want to do the exam before putting him down. 

Never once did anyone even look to see what type of potential damage was done to my dog before quoting me a damn thing. There was no working with me on anything. It was either pay this insanely high fee, or leave. 

This is a very greedy business, and unless you're sitting on a chunk of money don't bother going in, your pet isn't anything more than a price tag.
