Loved my experience so far with okaycarz. Was in a bad spot and needed a car and they got me into one when everyone else was saying no. My monthly payment is quite affordable. Love that they help credit challenged customers get their credit back on track. Got a 2005 Toyota Corolla. Car has been amazing. They were both speedy and polite during the whole process. Plus Ashley Mills made the process truly amazing.

I will never, ever, ever come back to this "dealership" ever again. Was sold a 2009 Sanata Fe that looked good, but needed brakes. Said something about them during the test drive, but the sales lady didn't say anything and just had a blank stare on her face. No, "oh we can check them before you leave." Okay fine, not a big deal. About 3 weeks later, I was told by my mechanic that I would need new rotors, a new axle, and an alignment. And then today, as I was trying to go to work, my battery died. Called for roadside assistance and was told my battery is expired. The sticker date on it says 9/13 and the gentleman said they only last for about 3 years. This place is a joke. I only went back to get another car because they sold us a decent one before, but that one got totalled. Never again will I buy from here.

All I can say is Excellent, Excellent, Excellent, car buying experience. They actually listen to the customer here.  Marissa was helping us and she was awesome. She gets 5 stars too. Thank you everyone.

This p.o.s. Joint is owned by lakeland toyota which is another joke as well. I tried simply finding out an interest rate and after 5 calls to them never a return call to me, I spoke to some seriously rude and impatient woman that answers their phone who just transferred me all over the company and when I was rerouted back to her I was told I needed to come down there and get serious about buying a car and talk to someone.

Shoot I cant even get a call back maam why would I bother to show up. I just found their reviews online after 5 days and thought well shoot I may as well tell the story as yet another warning that lakeland toyota AKA ok carz is a dump!

Best experience ever! Jenny was amazing! She really does value her customers and does her best to get you in a great car. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE MY NEW CAR! THANKS JENNY! ANYONE LOOKING FOR A GREAT CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE GO TO OK CARZ AND SEE JENNY. Tell her Shayla sent you 😉
