So I had to help a family member that was sent here after a hospital stay. They needed mental health help and drug addiction help. They only want to help with mental. Wow.... this person has been off their mental medication for months  but they want to say that he’s corrective back on track in a couple of day. How is this possible? The nurse some are very rude. I just feel like you all are a joke. You need to learn family cares but we need your help to help our troubled family or friends. It should be more than just a job.

Nope. You'll be even more suicidal or ready to return to your addiction if you come here. These people are idiots and incompetent as all get out. I have been here once as an inpatient in 2016 and again as outpatient this year. (2018) As for the 2016 visit, i attempted suicide and was sent here. For as much as i can remember i didn't get one lick of the help i needed. All they talked about was nutrition which, don't get me wrong, is important, but hello? Need help for suicidal tendencies and alcoholism too. What the heck? It was a 3 day stay for me. Doctor wanted to keep me longer, but i lied my way out of there. I just couldn't take it. Why in the world is smoking allowed there?? Now, as for this visit as outpatient, even worse. I get there for my evaluation and it takes forever to be seen. No surprise. But i ask the lady at the desk to tell my family in the waiting room who are RIGHT in front of her, if she can tell them to just go on home and i will call them when i am done since i am unsure how long it will take, and she with a sense of annoyance in her voice says, "Yeah, i will relay that message to them." Come to find out, she never did. Like, how god dang hard is it to just say, "Excuse me you all, your daughter says to just go on home and she will call you when she's done." ????? How flipping hard is that? You don't even have to get off your lazy behind. So now, i show up for the first meeting and it goes ok. I barely get to talk, but it's ok. Second time, they test to make sure you aren't "using" I am not sure if all my substance is out of my system and the woman tells me there is no consequence if something is found. Come to find out, she lied  to me. I get suspended. Whatever. Stay away from this h*ll hole.

This place is a joke. They want parents to be active in the treatment process, but will not notify the parents about treatment or anything going on. Good luck trying to get anyone on the phone also. Leave a message, no call backs. Request to speak with the physician, no way what so ever. Treatment plans are not individualized and all the staff only care about their paychecks. Dr. Mirza, Dr. Goldstein, both of them are just as worthless as everyone else. Dr. Mirza makes up stories, won't treat the patients for medical conditions, nor will he refer you to anyone. Dr. Goldstein wants to do a bunch of paperwork and testing, yet none of the results are ever discussed with anyone. HIPAA violations were made and they don't care. I will not send or refer anyone here, and I will be making as many complaints as possible to whomever I need to in order to get my point across.

Ok,so Ive never been to this place but I was checking it out.After all the bad reviews Im shocked.What throws a red flagg up for me (other than 60 horrible reviews)is why wont they show you the INSIDE of the place?What the rooms look like and the dining hall.What about this room with internet for working people?Plenty of pics of the outside.So I guess Im going to have to take the reviewers' word that it's a dump and there are bugs.If they had nothing to hide there would be pics and people could have some limited use of their phones.But mostly I called about getting an evaluation (horribly anxious and depressed)asked what I should bring and some extremely GHETTO girl anwers phone very rude like talking to me(in my state of mind, mind you)like I was a problem that she didn't have time for and also talked 90 miles a minute.Wasn't like that a long time ago.Thank Jesus for these reviews!Not to mention Little Ms Ghetto just cost them quite a bit of money.I have excellent insurance and a decent job.She's the main reason I looked at reviews.Thanks to everyone on here.I think u kept me from making a major mistake!!

I was treated really poorly. They keep kids longer than needed, and do their best to suck money out of the parent's pockets. The teacher v and education system that have set up is simply inexcusable. I wish I had never gone, because I have a bit more trauma from that place added up in my life.
