Me and my familynhave been going here for years. They primary doctors who've veen there for so long will treat you like familu. The rude ines are normally the rookies who don't know what to expect. But do expect some wait time bwcause they have to carefully evaluate everyone. They rank #3 in memphis for best clinic facility. You will also see a bunch of different characters, ignorant, nice, I mean that's life. But the staff are the most kind hearted. I'd recommend them to anyone who's willing to have patience in knowing you will be seen.

TRIED CALLING TODAY TO CHECK ON MY PRESCRIPTIONS. DIDN'T UNDERSTAND WHY THEY WERE CONSTANTLY DENYING WALGREEN PHARMACY TO FILL MY PRESCRIPTIONS. WHEN I FINALLY GOT THRU I SPOKE W/A RUDE, MALICIOUS LADY BY THE NAME OF ROSE; NOT SURE IF THAT'S HER REAL NAME, THAT'S THE NAME SHE GAVE ME. AFTER TRYING TO GET A CLEAR UNDERSTANDING WHY MY PRESCRIPTIONS WERE BEING DENIED, I WAS HUNG UP ON BY THIS LADY. AFTER I IMMEDIATELY CALLED BACK ASKING FOR A MANAGER I WAS TOLD SHE WOULD SHOW ME HER MANAGER WHEN I CAME TO THE CLINIC. FINALLY BECAUSE OF MY PERSISTANCE I WAS ABLE TO GET SOMEONE ELSE ON THE PHONE TO ONLY BE GIVEN THE RIGHT NAMES FOR THE DIRECTOR AND MANAGER BUT THE WRONG PHONE NUMBERS. HAD IT NOT BEEN FOR MY LOVE OF DR. MOSLEY I WOULD HAVE BEEN LEFT. IF YOU CAN, PLEASE DON'T USE THIS CLINIC. I MADE A FORMAL COMPLAINT TODAY AGAINST THIS ROSE LADY AND I'M HOPING SHE IS PROPERLY DISCIPLINE EVEN TERMINATED BECAUSE OF HER LACK OF RESPECT AND COMPASSION FOR THE PATIENTS THAT ATTEND SOUTH HEALTH LOOP CENTER ON THIRD STREET.
