I needed to get my grandsons birth certificate, and expected a bureaucratic nightmare. Pleasantly surprised to complete the task in under five minutes. Very professional and pleasant Staff.

This is the place to get records and a tooth pulled for those without dental insurance. Great for check up or just to stop in and visit

Phone call, and she wants to have an attitude with me when I ask her a simple question. Rude, and don't even have the skills to talk on the phone in a kind manner.

I arrived at 9:30 signed the sheet they have you sign and wrote the time on the sheet. I picked up my number only to have people with numbers after mines called ahead of me. They are extremely unorganized and they do not think that they have to explain any of their mishaps. It is now 11:53 and I'm still watching people who came in a hour after me be called. Never again will I come to this location and I will be sure to call Nashville to put in a formal complaint.
