Surprisingly quiet family park, with temporary rv spots, and mobile homes too. Rare foot traffic that isn't a neighbor, despite the area it's in. A walk to Safeway or Walmart, and lot rent is cheaper than other parks in the area. New management that gives decent notice for changes/expectations (previous people did not). Furry critters are around because of the apartment complex behind the park, so check the outside of house for openings quartly. I enjoy the yard space I have here too, much better than an apartment!
