Lived here for a year and a half. Didn't have any problems except the laundromat is ALWAYS being used. When I left there were less shady people living there compared to when I had first moved in. But lot rent covered water, sewage and garbage as well as free wifi (which sucked so we bought our own wifi). I wouldn't mind living here again though. 
On a side note the new management were very nice and peaceful.

This is slightly overcrowded, shady characters, probably would be for a night or two. I don't have recommend living here, probably want to keep to yourself
