Mr. Lamberton is top notch. When I called, he was out of town, but, returned my call within a day. Upon calling, he had already researched the information I had given him in a voicemail and was prepared to help from day one. I can't say enough good things about Mr. Lamberton. If you're looking for a great attorney, look no further.

I had contacted this attorney to discuss a EEOC case against a large employer in Allegheny County. Atty Lamberton, discussed the potential of my case, collected my documents and then wouldnt return calls or move my case forward all well knowing as an attorney EEOC cases are timely. After months of trying to reach him, when I finally do, he tells me he doesnt have time to take my case and was going to forward it to another firm. He gave me that firms name and the attorney for the case. My documents were never forwarded, the new firm stated they also tried to reach him but no avail. In the end I didnt get to file my case because Lamberton killed the time, I now believe on purpose. I dont recommend him, dont trust him and still want to know FROM HIM why he did this. I believe he did it to help the company I was filing against.

Charles Lamberton is both knowledgeable and aggressive in his approach. I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking employment law services.

Charles is a super impressive and talented attorney, with a very aggressive and commanding presence and presentation. I have an employment issue that had a huge impact on me and my family, and I can not stress enough how relieved we are to have him handling the case. I am a police officer and have seen my fair share of attorneys along the way, but none that I would want more to represent me than Charles.
