When a judge who committed ethics violations (Judge Salvadore Sarmiento, Google it.) Is allowed to judge the rest of us, it is proof that our justice system has failed. Here I am making morally and ethically good motions for my children's safety, and here sits an appointed judge who violated ethics in his own courthouse, put a subordinate in jeopardy by asking for something he should not have, and now judges my life and the lives of my children. This is a sad situation for our Orange County courts. This is a family law judge, he should be honorable and resign from his post. To allow those who don't hold themselves to the highest standards pass judgement upon us, we too have failed. Failed to speak up for ourselves. It's a shame to see how far we've fallen. Shame on this court and shame on us all for allowing people like Judge Salvador Sarmiento to serve in any public capacity. I will start paying more attention to the local elections of our court appointed officials. I will do my own research and spread the word about people like this "judge."

I often wonder how very bad people with no integrity find one another. I guess it is NATURE. If a shark is feeding on a victim all the sharks join in the frenzy. Or if a cockroach finds a crumb all the cockroaches scatter upon it. As an abused woman I was unprepared for the feeding frenzy off me that came my way. It was BAD!!! Richard Zona, Barbara and Rich Zona, John Paradise, Cary Glenn, Bonnie Zeldin Rosen, and Judy Blossom all feeding off me. I was outnumbered and outsourced since I didn't have a penny to my name because Richard Zona controlled it all. Life's not fair so some say...but this was overkill of one woman fighting for her life. How does an attorney with a degree in law have a client that flat out refuses to abide BY THE LAW. She knows there are so many items he has not paid. And the four years he kept my money longer has accumulated interest but yet she advises him NOT to pay. And I know why. Because she has NO INTEGRITY and she wants me to keep going back, back, back, and back into court so she can take more, more, more, and harass me more. This isn't law,this isn't just. This should be illegal. I should never have to go back to court again...they should both be put in jail, and if there isn't a law like this in California (there is everywhere else) there needs to be one. And instead of benefiting Bonnie Zeldin Rosen in her game of getting more off me I choose to work on the law. This place is not just.

Notes to Senator/ Bonnie Zeldin Rosen/Richard Zona (no justice@Lamoreaux) This is my worst fear as my naive young son thinks it's great his Dad put a business in his name. It's actually evil because he did it to avoid paying me, using my son to hide from his mother, and knowing if anything goes wrong my young son takes the fall. When you marry an abusive man the repercussions last a lifetime. I don't think you understand and so many do not. All your suggestions to me and so many countless other woman, we have already tried. We need laws and HELP. When you get divorced from an abusive man they will do anything for continued control and abuse over your life. The chess games and manipulations are secret and seldom not seen or understood. I have heard too many suggestions to woman in abusive situations that simply do not work to get their life moving in a positive direction. In fact it is nearly impossible for a woman without significant help to get out. Therefore, going back and back and back to court for a judgement I already have puts the power back in the hands of the abuser. I should never have to see this man again let alone continuing to go to court, or have to try to collect, because of his calculated contempt of court. He enjoys this. And the women that leave abusive marriages do not leave with money. They barely get out with their lives. Some don't. Some go to jail for protecting themselves. Something needs to be done, a law in place, that keeps the woman away from the abuser and the abuse of power. Once an abused woman has a judgement, like myself, these men should be monitored like a criminal on probation. One missed payment and the woman can call the police to pick the man up and take him to jail. I needed help stopping the abuse and no one was there to help me. He would tell me he would give me my money if I met him in a parking garage for sex. He was never held accountable. It's been 13 years, he's still in contempt of court and if I called him today he would tell me he will give me some of it for sex. It's a nightmare and the last thing I should be doing is continue to see him in court, or anywhere. The only way I stopped my abuse was zero contact for one year. The last thing I want to do is set myself back by starting this chess game again in court. It is devastating not only to the woman abused but to her children as well. These men need to be held accountable by someone other than a woman they have already abused. Honestly, this can lead to a domestic abuse death and has millions of times because the family law fails to protect us. If there is anything I CAN DO to clarify the mechanics of abuse and what would be so helpful please let me know.

I wonder if there will EVER be any justice at the Lamoreaux Justice Center? Atty. Bonnie Zeldin Rosen really should advise her client Richard Zona to make good on his judgement.( It's been thirteen years) BUT she's not an attorney with integrity. She, the justice centers relic, just keeps ripping open families already ripped apart by abuse. She calls the police and threatens a citizens arrest to upset the other party. She's been doing this for years. And hiding discovery.

Go in for a divorce go to TWO court dates and the judge still didn't sign off on our divorce. The 1st court did the judge gave us another court date and said to be there. Both parties were in attendance but they said we didn't have court that day. After about an hour of the people going though record they all laugh and there like yup your right. They are VERY unorganized and it seems like the judge just wants to pass though everyone as fast as possible..
