Story

Imagine waking up to the beautiful view of Pikes Peak (14,115 feet above sea level), the most visited mountain in North America. Visit Garden of the Gods, Cave of the Winds (try the Bat-a-Pult ride!) and other area attractions. Stay in a fully equipped Cabin, pitch a tent or pull into an RV site (including extra large sites). If you are planning a rally or family reunion, this KOA has a hall to hold those scrumptious potlucks, or you can have it catered by the staff. During the summer, enjoy a dip in the heated pool or relax in the hot tub. Don't feel like cooking? Try the all-you-can-eat pancakes for breakfast or a homemade pizza or tasty barbecue plate for dinner. Pets will have a great time being with their families, meeting new dogs, running in the dog park or trying out the agility park. There are three horse corrals for your larger pets. With so many things to do at KOA and in the area, you will want to stay as long as you can! The campground staff looks forward to seeing you.

Loved the stay in the cabin! And the small town feel is here with the staff. The water park made me turn into a kid again because I simply could not resist the water slide! It's a great place with many activities like a game room to play each other in cards or board games. They have tractor hey rides with funny music and a great vibe all around! Plus it's so close to so many attractions in and around Colorado Springs!! Definitely worth a look!!!

I  love this place!  Awesome playground for my grandbabies.  In warm weather a fantastic water park!  Beautiful park.  I love walking my best friend Rowdy a Yorkie but it is obvious people are terrible about picking up their dog poop. Lots of poop not in the dog park! And one lady let her small dog run lose.  A few of their employees have not been kind to me.  I just want to say that in all of the RV Parks where I have stayed employees and owners helped me with any problem or question I have had. Not always able to solve them but certainly not for lack of trying.  And this year I have stayed in over 12 parks.

Clean and safe. The showers and bath house were very nice! Heated for winter. Heated water spicket too! 
If you have kids there's plenty to do. The wonderful creek and waterfall running at the back of the park was so nice. Check in/out was easy. Would definitely stay again!

Visited this KOA for our family reunion.  What I liked least? We waited an hour in the car for them to come guide us to our cabin. And the cabin was clean enough. What I liked most? Being with our family!!
