I was in need of a haircut before Monday. I hadn't been to E'Lan Day Spa close to 5 years but called them first because I loved them. I called them Saturday Morning, 11-11-2017 and spoke with Abby (forgive me if I misspelled your name hun) who said they were booked and were closed Sunday and Monday. 😯 I started looking for other places and received a call back from Abby! There was a cancellation and, of course, I said yes! Rosa was my hairstylist and I must say she is the best ever!!! I have been in Temple 5 years now and I had good ones but she is By Far The Best! She has magic fingers with shampooing! Wonderful to communicate with, friendly and has the most excellent vibes! I LOVE my hair and my Husband loves my hair! I had long hair for the longest time (pun intended). Today was the first time in 20 years to have shorter hair. She deserved the hug I gave for sure! I checking out and the girls at the front desk were super friendly and I thanked Abby for calling me back about a cancellation (wish I could remember the girl working with Abby today because she was very sweet). Seriously, what salon does that? I sure never had that done before! Even at the best salon in Arlington! Thank you Ladies! I love you all and keep up the fabulous work! I sure hope the owner reads this and gives you the most excellent recognition you deserve! Again, thank you and much love to you all! I will be returning!

I highly recommend Hope who with her 16 yrs of experience took the time to cut, style and give me great tips to help me with my type of hair. She was very personable, knowledgeable and highly professional. Thank you, Hope.

Horrible horrible horrible experience first off I waited over 25 minutes for my scheduled appointment whenever I finally got called in the back she checks my daughter's hair for lice which is fine but the look she was giving me and the way she was checking my daughter's hair with her pinky in the air with disgust on her face like as if my child has lice which by the way she does not took her without asking me to the other end of the salon and got another coworker to double-check and of course they found that she did not have life but the fact is that they profiled me as if we were trash excuse me for not going in there wearing Vera Bradley and Tommy Hilfiger clothes it's a Saturday and Saturdays are meant for relaxing I felt absolutely so invaded and embarrassed I will never go back there I've had a horrific experience and then whenever I let them know that that had upset me they were like all smiles and like have a nice day like they were happy to be rid of me I don't appreciate the snobby attitude that they have and I'm also posting my experience to Facebook so everyone locally will know how we were treated!

Love this place...they have every service imaginable I've had spray tan haircuts nails and never disliked anything
