Awesome. Super nice ladies with great customer service. Badass European style decor and relaxing calm music. Nice selection of spa services at reasonable prices. I should also add that as a straight man going to a spa, these sweet ladies really made me feel comfortable and welcome and still totally manly, so you cant ask for more.

To bad they don’t answer the phone called Thursday, Friday, and Tuesday. Better off going somewhere else.

The spa is clean, warm and inviting. The from the front desk greeting to the relaxing waiting room, tranquil fountain and soft lighting you are relaxed even before your services begin. I have been going to visit with Gina for injectables for the past couple years and I have to say she's better than any one I've seen from CA to NY to Austin. I'd follow her anywhere. Her hours are limited because she's in high demand so I make my schedule around her availability. I'm 43 years old and keep being told by people I meet that they can't believe I'm not 28-30. I'll take it!

You may not believe this, but in the 21st century many men think spa's like Novita are just for women. Well I was of that mind set that I do understand that men go to spa's for treatments, but not this man, me.
My wife put it bluntly when she said "l guess you like looking older". I went into the steam room and tried the sauna at Novita and the staff there where friendly and helpful. I have since gone for massages, which is an extremely healthy treatment which helps my arthritis and just makes me feel better. The Novita experience has always made me feel welcomed, they have great people there.

Novita Spa is always a very professional and relaxing place. The service is excellent. I have had the fusion massage and hot stone massage. Both were terrific. I have also had a facial there it was great. I received a sample pack of there skin care products.  My face has never felt softer and in better condition. I also love the body lotion. I would highly recommend this spa.
