I used them about 18 months ago and it was terrible! They were rude, unable to move everything, uncooperative and went over budget. I had been very clear when arranging the appointment to tell everything that I needed to be moved. They never looked at the house before the day of moving, didn't have nearly enough room to get the job done. The things they DID move were not moved in properly at the new house. It was a terrible experience. They were recommended by a friend, but I conveyed my experience with her and she is not going to use them after the horror story of my move. If you only have a little bit to move, don't value the condition it'll be in after they move it...then go right ahead. But you'll have to deal with their rudeness alongside the expense of the move and damages to your items! Nothing good to say about them!

Just moved yesterday but wanted to get this review up as soon as possible. My previous experience with movers was not great- but I was thrilled with Lance Moving Co. I was worried since I lived on the 7th floor of an old building with small elevators and lots of stairs. These 3 guys were great- on time, very careful (nothing damaged), and incredibly efficient. I plan to recommend/rave about their quality work and affordable pricing to all.

These men were fast, efficient and hard working. They are paid by the hour but DO NOT waste time. They actually had to wait on us to close on our new home. They showed up at 8:00am in Cabot, were in our new driveway in Sherwood at 10:30am, we weren't  scheduled to close until noon!!! I would definitely recommend these guys and, if need be, will use them in the future. Because who wants to move that heavy reclining furniture... not me ;).

They were awesome, got us moved in the 3 hours and reassembled everything. Even took a few things to storage for us. Easiest move ever
