One star is too high... I have been shopping her since 2014, i spend some where between 300 to 500 every time i come here... In the past year, this store has gone down incredibly. I went here wednesday 1-10-18 for a quick shop, which is always about 2 maybe 3 hours for me. They were having a buy 2 bra sale get 2 free... So what girl doesnt love a bra sale! Especially since bras are over 50 dollars! The lady sizes me, which always happens because incase i lose or gained weight. The lady sized me for a bra 2 sizes too big, which i knew was wrong. I was looking through the bras and about an hour later the lady walks back up to me and ask "are you finding your bras alright? " actually, NO! I wasnt. About 20 minutes later without help still i find 2, which i was totally excited about because the other 2 could be ordered in a different print. So i continue to shop, i find a pair of pants with no price tag no anything on the clearance, the lady tells me oh these are regular priced. Hint im calling her the lady because i dont know her name! I really liked the pants, even though they were 70 dollar pants, why not, its fine because i dont shop any where else. I decide to go check out. And i have a limit on my card well above the price, which i also just made a payment. They charge my card and tell me i owe a balance in cash... I didnt understand why, especially since they can check in the computer what my card balance is and the balance could cover what i was buying. So i call customer service, not the lady but i do. The lady in the store didnt offer to call or help in any way, she said i have to pay the balance and i said no. When i spoke with CS they told me to have the lady in the store call and they will authorized the transaction, she gets all upset and gets an attitude... Finally the transaction is approved but my items have to be rung up again because the system logged out the transaction. Long story short the computer froze and the bras i am ordering online are no longer available... I have spent over 3 hours in the store, 20 minute was checking out... In the end i did not buy anything, why must u ask... The ladies in the store arent doing their jobs, the customer service in this store sucks! Instead of me calling CS, the lady in the store should have offered to call.

The employees are always so willing to help! And great clothes for us bigger ladies who can't find much anywhere else

My mom loves coming here , there so nice to her . The staff is amazing !
